The pleasant temperatures during this time make it the perfect time to take part in outdoor activities. Riverdale’s Labor Day Street Fair
On September 7th 2020, Labor Day Monday Street Fair is scheduled to take place at 52 Newark Pompton Tpk., Riverdale, NJ 07457. The event is expected to offer non-stop music and entertainment along with various family fun attractions. There will be face painting, kid games, kiddie rides and wall climbing. Be sure to bring your children along. There will be a special section that will hold more than 100 exhibitors and artists. Bring your appetite as there will be plenty of food from Italian ices, funnel cakes, zeppoles, pulled pork, kettle corn, shishkabobs, and many more. The event will start from 10am to 5pm.
17th Annual Harvest Festival & Craft Fair
This is an annual event that is funded by Ocean County Board of Freeholders. This event is a family festival and this year it will be held on 12th Sep at the Gazebo Park. The festival will feature Valhalas Pirates, Ye Pyrate Brotherhood, and Pyrates of Fortune. There will also be a kid’s zone and new car and truck show. Also, there will be craft vendors and lots of food. The event is free and will start from 9am to 4pm.
17th Annual Harvest Festival & Craft Fair
The Good News Home for Women has organized this year’s Harvest Festival & Craft Fair that will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church. The event will be on 12th Sep and will start from 8.30am to 4.30pm. The Harvest Festival is a family event that will feature refreshments, vendor shopping, prizes, games, music, pony rides, and face painting. All proceeds will go to their residential treatment center for women with chemical dependencies. Your presence and support will make a difference in the women’s lives that this program supports. Admission is free.
Fanny Wood Day Street Fair
Fanny Wood Day Street Fair is more than just a street fair. It is an annual event that attracts a large number of residents and visitors of Fanwood. This community-filled event will be held on 13th Sep at South & Martine Ave., Fanwood, NJ 07023, and will feature a variety of craft exhibitors and food vendors. It will also host a variety of kid-friendly activities such as kiddie rides and trackless trains. Some of the free activities you can expect include Soccer goal kicks- Obstacle course, Corn hole games, Make your own slime, and Paint your own “Y” T-shirt. The event will start from 10am to 5pm.
