There is a wide variety of things to do ranging from outdoor activities to indoor events that have appeal to people of all ages and interests. During this COVID-19 pandemic, you are advised to practice social distancing and wear masks in public spaces to keep safe. Some of the events you can look out for include:
Photowalk with Sony & Focus Camera
This free event will be held on 1st July. It will take place in Lakewood’s beautiful Lake Shenandoah County Park where attendees will be taking part in sun-soaked photo shoots. If you are into nature and photography, this will be the perfect chance for you to try the latest gear from Sony. You will also have the chance to interact with Sony brand professionals who will be glad to answer all questions regarding their products. All merchandise sold on site will be given at special discounts. Everyone present will be loaned a Sony lens before the evening Photowalk. The NJ’s Department of Health COVID guidelines will be enforced.
2021 New Jersey JP Invasion – Wildwood
This event is ideal for anyone who loves cars, especially Jeeps. The event is scheduled to take place on the 9th of July on the beach in Wildwood, New Jersey. The event will attract over 300 rides and provide access to the industry’s top vendors. Bring along your favorite blanket so that you can enjoy the sandy beaches while enjoying the attractions. Attendees are allowed to bring their Jeeps and will have a chance to tackle the Rausch Creek Off-road Park obstacle course by the beach.
4th of July Fireworks Food Festival
Do you want to celebrate this year’s 4th of July in style? Head to the Montgomery Street at the Exchange Place PATH Plaza. As you enjoy the amazing firework display, there will be lots of food and drinks for everyone to enjoy. Artisanal shopping is also encouraged. If you are new in town, use this chance to get to know more about New Jersey and what it has to offer apart from the amazing property listings in the area.
Jersey City Summer Beer Wine and Spirits Fest
On the 16th of July, all beer and wine enthusiasts will meet at the Urby Parking Lot, 200 greene st. Take part in this amazing event where you will have an all-access pass to try spirits, wine and beer from around the world. All COVID-19 safety protocols will be observed to ensure everyone remains safe. Disposable cups will be used and disposed of after each pour to avoid contamination. To ensure social distancing rules are being adhered to, all tables, port-o-lets, and vendor tents will be properly spaced. No children or pets are allowed.
CRUX LGBTQ Climbing
Every 2nd and 4th Friday of every month, the Central Rock Gym hosts the CRUX event. The event promotes climbing and bouldering as well as socializing. You don’t have to be an expert to go to this event. There will be plenty of professionals who are happy to help those who are new to climbing.
